Where do the proceeds go to? Who is this a fundraiser for?
All proceeds support Guardsmen summer camp programs and K-12 scholarship programs across all of the Bay Area counties. Learn more about The Guardsmen.

When will the Tree Lot open? When will it close?

  • Our online store for pickup and delivery is closed for 2021
  • We open for in-person shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery on Saturday, November 27 from 9am to 8pm
  • Last day for delivery is December 14
  • Closed December 15 for a private event
  • Closing early, at 6pm on December 16
  • Last day of the Tree Lot is December 17

Are dogs allowed at the Tree Lot?
Yes, leashed dogs are allowed on the lot as long as they are well behaved. 

What's changing due to COVID?
All visitors must wear a face mask and social distance. You may only remove your mask when actively eating or drinking.

You must also show your COVID vaccination proof when entering the building.

We appreciate your flexibility with our requirements, capacity changes, etc. as they may change at any time. See our full COVID-19 guidelines.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and social distancing measures we are unable to host our public favorite events; Crab Feed, Craft Beer Night, and Tree Lot Party.

What products can be ordered online?

I'd like to visit in person, do you offer reservations or walk-ups? 

We are not doing reservations this year. Please come by anytime we're open.

Are you offering food or beverages this year?
We have a selection of drinks for our guests. Due to COVID restrictions food will not be offered this year.

Do you accept cash or check at The Guardsmen Christmas Tree Lot?

Due to COVID-19 safety measures we no longer accept cash or check. 

Do you have a delivery service?
Yes, you can schedule your delivery in person at the tree lot. We offer white glove delivery starting at $125 (Tree setup in your home), additional charges apply for larger trees or additional trees delivered in an order.

What times do you deliver?
Delivery will run two shifts each day - AM and PM

  • AM deliveries are from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM

  • PM deliveries are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Once scheduled, you will receive a text when your truck is about 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a more exact delivery window. 

What does the delivery charge include?
All deliveries include white glove setup of your tree. Tree stands are sold separate and are not included in delivery fees.

Do you deliver outside of San Francisco?
Due to COVID-19 our volunteer capacity is limited to making deliveries inside of San Francisco more difficult. If you need to place a special order please reach out to us.

Do you offer decoration services?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer decorating services. However our tree lot sells a wide variety of ornaments, two sizes of Christmas wreathscedar garland by the foot, and log decorations.

Can I place an order for delivery over the phone?
Unfortunately as an all volunteer organization we are not staffed to process orders via phone. You can schedule and place your order on this site.

Are your trees sprayed with a non-toxic flame retardant?
Yes, all trees are sprayed with a non-toxic flame retardant and marked with a fire marshal tag.

Can you offer a Certificate of Insurance for corporate deliveries?
Yes, email treelotdelivery@guardsmen.org for instructions. 

I need to reschedule a delivery. What should I do?
Please contact treelotdelivery@guardsmen.org Same-day updates may be accommodated on a reasonable-effort basis.
